Pankaj Tripathi’s character receives a mysterious letter, but the sender is unknown. Vicky enters the scene, and Pankaj shares the news with him. Later, Bittu’s girlfriend is kidnapped by a spirit called “Sarkata.” Vicky meets Stree, who reveals that she knows where all the missing girls are being taken.
Vicky tells Bittu and Pankaj about this, but the only person who knows the way to that place is someone in Delhi named Jana. Vicky and Bittu convince Jana to return to their village. Pankaj then tells him about a powerful protector they need to face.
The group goes to the spot where Sarkata was buried and discovers that Stree had initially trapped him there. However, Sarkata is now free. Jana is attacked but miraculously survives. Sarkata starts chasing them, but they manage to escape back to the village, where Vicky is almost strangled by Sarkata. Stree arrives and fights Sarkata using her powers, but they realize she isn’t strong enough.
The next day, Jana reveals that he found where all the girls are being held. Stree explains that to defeat Sarkata, they must stab him in the eyes with a special knife, and only Vicky can do it. Tamannaah Bhatia’s character is then introduced to help lure Sarkata.
During a program in Chanderi, Sarkata appears, and Vicky tries to stab him but gets hypnotized. Sarkata kidnaps Tamannaah, and Vicky, Jana, and Pankaj are the only ones who escape. They find out the letter was from Akshay Kumar’s character, who says that Stree’s sacrifice is the only way to defeat Sarkata.
In a final showdown, Stree merges with Vicky, becoming half-man and half-woman. They fight Sarkata, but even with the help of Bhediya, they struggle. Stree calls out for her mother, who joins the fight, but it’s only when Vicky finally retrieves the special knife that they can defeat Sarkata. Stree destroys him, bringing peace back to the village.
